Success Strategy

There are several factors that comprise a successful rollout of any software package:
1. Management Commitment to the project
2. Management buy-in to project goals/changes
3. Assignment of dedicated resources (subject matter experts) for project definition and administration
4. Assignment of a dedicated company liaison to interface with consultants during entire project
5. Good, consistent feedback
6. Clearly defined goals and objectives for each phase of the process

Strategy that does NOT work

1. Optimyze does all of the work.
Reasons for failure:
a. Optimyze can not facilitate changes to the process without company support
b. Your company has no ownership of the product
c. You become less able to perform modification to the system
d. The company becomes too dependent on outside resources
e. It will generally become too expensive

2. Your company does all of the work and does not utilize Optimyze consultants.
Reasons for failure:
a. The system follows a dated process with marginal results
b. Lack of user buy-in due to poor system presentation and configuration
c. Much time is wasted with experimentation
d. Roll-out is never-ending
e. Project falls back due to inefficiencies within the organization
f. Poorly implemented system that does not bridge all departments or integrate with existing technology
g. Employee turnover impedes system growth
